Project365, #33; Retaining Wall

Again, you will struggle to find something worthy of photographing in the 'burbs. While running errands today I decided to take my chances sneaking behind this strip mall. Lo and behold I was shocked to find this MASSIVE retaining wall, though, I'm still a bit confused as to what it is holding back. There is nothing on the other side. Anyhow, as the sign suggests: "NO REPELLING"
